Has anybody been feeling a little stressed lately? I go through spurts of time when my days are very busy and fast-paced, so when I get home, I like to de-stress in small ways. Here are a few things that calm me down. What makes you guys feel relaxed?
1. An aromatherapy bath. Some of my favorite relaxing scents are mint, eucalyptus, and lavender. A hot bath is especially relaxing during the winter months.
2. Quality time snuggling with a pet. Preferably a fluffy one that purrs.
3. Gardening! This makes me feel more connected to nature without having to leave home.
4. Herbal tea. My favorite one to relax is Mighty Leaf Chamomile Citrus. It reminds me of my honeymoon, so it takes me to my happy place. Of all the herbs, chamomile is one of the best at easing stress.
